NextWave Applications Options
A NextWave application can be used as a standalone device to record geolocation information ONLY if you allow it on the device. You can turn off Internet and/or geolocation permissions at any time.
You can also use an option to create and save your personal data on your personal cloud account or send it to your email. We do not collect this information or process it.
It is completely up to you as to how this information is used and NextWave does not record, collect or use any information or meta-data information from this application in any way.
IMPORTANT: This means the only record of your personal data is on your device. Be sure to BACK UP your app and EXPORT your data logs regularly! You are responsible to keep your data records accurate, safe, and secure.
Privacy
NextWave Mobile Apps Ltd (“NextWave Mobile Apps,” “NextWave,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. As you have purchased this application through the Apple, Google Play, or Microsoft store website, please see their Privacy Statement regarding their collection and use of your personal information as it relates to the purchase and use of this application.
Background Location Tracking
NextWave Mobile Apps Ltd tracks a user’s GPS location information when applications are running in the background mode. This is to allow the applications to gather information critical to our applications functionality while allow users to freely use any other application without terminating our tracking applications. No location information gathered using these tracking apps is ever sent to any servers or used by us or any third parties. All captured location information is stored on each individual device and is under the complete control of the application user.
Use of Your Data
In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used to provide you with a customized experience, to aid us in serving you better, and to respond to your requests. We use your Personal Data to:
- facilitate the creation of and secure your Account on our network
- identify you as a user in our system
- provide you the NextWave Mobile Apps Service
- improve our products and services
- perform market research for our internal purposes
- analyze request and usage patterns, diagnose problems with our server and administer our Service
- improve the quality of experience and provide you a personalized experience when you use the Service

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
